Terms of stay

1. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: From 14:00 onwards

  • Check-out time: By 12:00 noon

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • A valid government-issued ID or passport is required upon check-in.

2. Payment Policy

  • Full payment must be settled upon arrival unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash and major credit cards.

  • Long-stay guests may be required to pay a security deposit, refundable upon check-out after room inspection.

3. Security Deposit

  • A refundable deposit may be collected at check-in to cover incidental charges or damages.

  • The deposit will be returned upon check-out, subject to room condition.

4. Housekeeping

  • Housekeeping service is provided daily / weekly (depending on room type or length of stay).

  • Guests staying long-term may receive scheduled cleaning services.

  • Additional cleaning requests may incur extra charges.

5. Visitors Policy

  • Visitors must register at reception and present valid identification.

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to unregistered visitors.

  • Overnight visitors may be subject to additional charges.

6. Non-Smoking Policy

  • All rooms are non-smoking unless otherwise specified.

  • Smoking in non-smoking rooms will result in a cleaning fee.

7. Damage & Loss

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay.

  • Charges will apply for damaged, missing, or excessively soiled items.

8. Noise & Conduct

  • Guests are requested to respect other residents and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 22:00 – 08:00.

  • Any illegal activity or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

9. Safety & Personal Belongings

  • Guests are advised to use in-room safes for valuables.

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

10. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been granted.

11. Force Majeure

  • The hotel shall not be held responsible for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
